Tuesday’s Tips (Week 3) – Baby Steps for a Healthy Life
Week Three -
If you are just joining us you can jump right in or I strongly suggest you start with the first Tuesday’s tip and allow yourself a week between each new commitment in order to make it a habit. These are habits we want to have for the rest of our lives so take your time and don’t burn out.
Today’s Tip:
Dust off your hand weights or create some by using bags full of books. You want between 5 and 10 pounds. Start with your hands down at you sides and lift your arms up to make a T. Do this 10 times. I know it’s way too easy, but that is why you will do it every day. It’s too easy not to do it. Don’t worry, we will increase it as we go but for now just make sure you do at least 10 of these each day.
